Mr. Crisanto serves as the Treasurer of QTEK Training and Assessment Center Inc. and the President of QTEK Dynamic.

He also manages the IT systems and technical infrastructure of both training centers, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

Ms. Levy L. Once is the Assessment Center Manager of QTEK Dynamic. She oversees the overall implementation of assessment services, ensuring that all processes are properly conducted in accordance with industry standards and TESDA requirements.

She is responsible for coordinating assessments, maintaining quality assurance, and supporting candidates throughout their certification process. With her strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she helps ensure accurate, fair, and efficient assessment outcomes.

Mr. Edwin L. Once is a dedicated Trainer and Assessor at QTEK Dynamic Training and Assessment Center Inc., where he plays a key role in delivering competency-based training and evaluating learners’ skills in accordance with industry standards. He is committed to ensuring that trainees gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise needed to meet workplace requirements.
